Our Shop Policies 

We accept exchanges:

  1. Exchanges within 3 days from the date the order is marked as delivered: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and for any difference in price if the exchanged item is of greater value than the original item.

  2. No returns since we make each piece to order: Each piece is custom-made to order, which means that we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, don't hesitate to contact us within 3 days of receiving it, and we will work with you to find a solution.

  3. Custom orders, no exchanges, no returns: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders for each item made specifically to your specifications. We will work with you to ensure that your custom order meets your expectations before it is shipped.

  4. Shipping Policy: We ship within the United States and to select countries worldwide. Orders ship within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and shipping method. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  5. International Taxes and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes, duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

  6. Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues with your shipment; please feel free to contact us.

  7. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order, don't hesitate to contact us within 2 hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order if it has already been shipped.

  8. Refund Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, don't hesitate to contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a solution. Refunds are not available for custom orders, but we will work with you to ensure that your custom order meets your expectations before shipping.
