Shipping Policy for Petite Delights Shopify Store

Shipping Rates We offer worldwide shipping. Our shipping rates are based on the weight and destination of the package, and we offer a range of shipping options to fit your needs. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Time We offer the following shipping options:

  • U.S USPS First class shipping 4-7 business days 
  • Express via FedEx Express - U.S, CANADA, EU countries 2-4 business days. 
  • International shipping is 15-21 business days.  

Shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery once the package has been shipped.

International Shipping We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties and fees, which are the customer's responsibility. Due to customs processing, shipping times for international orders may be longer than domestic orders.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately.

Shipping Address Please make sure to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Shipping Insurance We offer shipping insurance for an additional fee. If you want to purchase shipping insurance, don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

Order Cancellation If you need to cancel an order, get in touch with us as soon as possible, but no later than 2 hours from when the order was placed. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you must return the item(s) according to our return policy.
